This week we will host our Magnet appraiser team as the final step in our 7 year journey toward Magnet designation. For weeks we have been preparing to welcome the appraisers, and show them how Magnet excellence is embedded throughout this organization. We would like to share the welcome video our nurses created for the appraisers with all of you.
We dedicate this video and all our efforts this week to our beloved colleague Kristen Stevenson, who exemplified our nursing values and Magnet excellence in all aspects of her work. We are moving forward to complete this journey as she would want us to.
