Special Instructions
Draw the peak sample 60 minutes after IM injection; 30 minutes after a 30 minute IV infusion; or within 15 minutes of a 60 minute IV infusion. Draw the trough sample one hour prior to the dose. Clearly label the tubes as “Peak” or “Trough”.
