We kindly ask that patients that have been fully vaccinated, please bring your immunization card into your next visit with your physician so this information can become part of your permanent record at Glens Falls Hospital.
For surgical and procedural patients, please be aware that you no longer need to be Covid tested if you have documented proof of being fully vaccinated or documented proof of being Positive for Covid less than 90 days prior to surgery/procedure.
