Glens Falls Hospital is thrilled to celebrate Patient Experience Week April 26th – 30th, a week celebrating the amazing GFH staff who embody the patient experience each and every day!
Whether it’s through handwritten letters, comments on surveys or through our Kindness Recognition Program, we are fortunate to frequently receive feedback from patients and families who express their gratitude for the work we do to make their experience as exceptional as possible.
