Katie Fowler began working for Glens Falls Hospital in 2014 as a clinical nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. After completing her master’s in nursing education, she joined the Education Services Department and began facilitating the Nurse Residency Program in 2018. Since then, Katie has worked to expand the program and recently accomplished the second designation as an accredited transition to practice program through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Katie loves working with new nurses, and she collaborates with Nurse Leaders and Clinical Nurse Educators to ensure their transition to practice is well designed, evidence-based, and supportive.

Rachel DeLane recently joined Glens Falls Hospital as the nurse recruiter in January 2023. Rachel has been in recruitment for four years and joins Glens Falls Hospital from Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where she started her career in recruitment and human resources. Rachel is passionate about helping nurses find a position that helps them achieve their career goals in a setting that supports their needs, gives them a voice, and provides them opportunities for further growth.
