Support Group

Breathing Better at Glens Falls Hospital

Breathing Better at Glens Falls Hospital is a free monthly meeting and support group open to all adults with a chronic respiratory disease such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema. The meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month from April through November at 7 p.m. in the Community Learning Center located across from the Bistro on the first floor of the new Northwest Tower of the hospital. A guest speaker at each meeting presents a different topic related to chronic respiratory disease. After each presentation, the members can ask questions or share their concerns and problems with the guest speaker or other members of the group who may have similar issues. Light refreshments are provided at each meeting and an annual dinner is held at the November meeting.
