If you are in need of clinical advice after your primary care office has closed, please call your local health center and you will be transferred to an operator who will contact a provider to return your call promptly.  If you are having a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.

If an office is unable to accommodate your request for an after-hours appointment, we also offer urgent care services for non-life threatening conditions at Urgent Care at Cambridge Family Health and ExpressCare at Glens Falls Hospital.
