New findings suggest that more than 1.5 million
Americans are afflicted with celiac disease, a severe digestive
disorder. The disease, triggered by gluten found in wheat, barley
and other grains, is often mistaken for other ailments and can
raise the risk of gastrointestinal cancer if untreated. |
