Cullum, Esq., joins Glens Falls Hospital Board of Governors

GLENS FALLS — Glens Falls Hospital President/CEO David G. Kruczlnicki has
announced the appointment of James E. Cullum, Esq., to the Hospital’s Board of
Governors, with his term beginning Jan. 1, 2007.
Cullum is a partner at the law firm of McPhillips, Fitzgerald & Cullum, LLP in
Glens Falls.
His community involvement includes serving as board of directors chairman for
the United Celebral Palsy Tri-Counties chapter as well as serving as board
president for the Warren County Bar Association and the Glens Falls Country
Club. He has also served on the board of directors for the Glens Falls YMCA and
Tri-County United Way. He and his wife Constance have three children and reside
in Queensbury.
Retiring Board of Governors members include: Carmen Della Bella, President of
the Glens Falls Hospital Guild from 2005 to 2006; Carl T. Baker, Esq., who
served in various leadership capacities on the Board for the past 12 years;
Michael Della Bella, who served for the past six years; and Bela Musits, who
also served for the past six years.
