Regional Diabetes Center to host annual Diabetes
Drop-In Day Nov. 30
GLENS FALLS – To encourage an awareness of good diabetes control among people
with diabetes and their families, the
Regional Diabetes Center of Glens Falls Hospital
will offer a free Diabetes Drop-In Day Thursday, November 30 from 1 p.m. to
5 p.m. at its Broad Street Campus location, 2 Broad Street Plaza, 2nd floor, in
Glens Falls.
Community residents with diabetes will be able to take advantage of free blood
pressure checks, BMI/waist circumference checks, glucose meter calibrations and
foot screenings. Participants can chat with certified diabetes educators, learn
about the latest advances in diabetes self-management concepts and technologies
as well as take home information on various aspects of diabetes care.
