Our maintenance program offers you continued support as you strive to make life-long changes in your lifestyle. Services offered include:

	Supervised exercise
	Periodic review of goals and progress with a registered nurse and an exercise physiologist
	Periodic reports to your physician
	Intermittent telemetry monitoring as needed
