Medical Oncology/Hematology
Medical oncology services at The C.R. Wood Cancer Center at Glens Falls Hospital are provided by a team of medical oncologists, physician assistants, oncology certified registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, pharmacists and laboratory and support staff. Cancer Center patients also have access to an interdisciplinary team specializing in the care of individuals and families affected by a diagnosis of cancer. Team members include a case manager, health psychologist, social worker, oncology educator, rehabilitation specialists, an oncology nutritionist, and pastoral care. This team is involved throughout the continuum of care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Collaboration with the oncologist occurs on a regular basis. Medical Oncologists/Staff
