Pre-natal Yoga is a wonderful hour-long class celebrating an amazing time in a woman's life! This class is for women experiencing a healthy pregnancy up to about 34 weeks (or as deemed safe by your health care provider). We will work on relaxation and breathing exercises, and stretch and strengthen our bodies to help alleviate pain and prepare for childbirth. Information will also be provided about Doulas and Lactation and we will share stories, questions and experiences
with each other! **Please bring a note from your health care provider stating you are able to participate**

Victoria is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200) with her roots in the ashtanga-vinyasa style,
which synchronizes breathing with physical postures to create overall balanced mental, emotional, and physical
wellness.Her classes are full of professional insight, while being down-to-earth, and humorous. Her teaching
draws
on many further trainings and experiences-Victoria is a Reiki Practitioner, and holds a BA in Music Studies
from SUNY-Empire State College. She is currently a Nursing student at SUNY-Adirondack.
