The Rehabilitation & Wellness Center

Glens Falls Hospital now offers outpatient physical and occupational therapy, wellness and medically oriented exercise, and speech therapy for all ages – all under one roof at The Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, newly opened on Country Club Road in Queensbury. Physical and Occupational therapy are also provided at other locations across our service area.

At The Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, you'll find:

  • The region's largest and most experienced team, including physical, occupational and speech therapists; exercise physiologists; speech-language pathologists; and a neuropsychologist, all with considerable experience in helping people with a wide array of injuries, illnesses and developmental disabilities. Included are therapists specializing in back and neck pain, joint replacement therapy, hand injuries, balance disorders and other conditions.
  • A collaborative approach to care, with therapists working closely together to share their diversity of experiences and ideas with a goal of helping our patients recover as completely and quickly as possible.
  • A comprehensive Wellness program, where exercise physiologists provide medically oriented exercise instruction, giving people the knowledge and confidence to exercise without fear of injury.
