Medi-Ride
For many people
across Glens Falls Hospital’s five-county, 2,600-mile rural service area, Medi Ride
is a vital part of their health care regimen.
The popular Hospital program provides patients with transportation, who have limited access to other
transportation, to the Hospital for outpatient services. Rides are provided via a
mini-van or handicapped accessible bus, driven by a driver who is certified in CPR. Medi
Ride gives an important lift to more than 1,000 each year.
