Community Health ServicesAs a not-for-profit, community hospital, Glens Falls Hospital has a mission to provide high-quality care to all local people, close to home, and regardless of their ability to pay. As part of this commitment, we have built an extensive program of community health education and awareness that will help keep local people healthier and reduce the overall cost of health care in our region. In the vast majority of cases, these community services are provided free of charge or at minimal cost, and in few cases do the programs generate enough revenue to pay for themselves. Instead, they are funded primarily by the revenues generated by other hospital programs, and through assistance from New York State and the generosity of people across our service area. Glens Falls Hospital is pleased to have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of so many local people, and we look forward to many more years of service to our community.
