 | Services: Evaluation and treatment services are provided to individuals
age 18 and older who reside in Warren and Washington
counties. Our staff is comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists and social
workers allowing for a wide range of services (psychiatric,
psychological and psychosocial evaluations; medication therapy; and
individual & marital psychotherapy, psychiatric
consultation to primary care providers).

| Fees: Most commercial insurances,
Medicaid and Medicare are accepted and every effort is made
to provide service within the structure of the insured’s coverage.
A sliding scale reduced fee is available to
those who do not qualify for other sources of
coverage.

| Access: Referrals are made by other providers, inpatient programs, or
directly by individuals seeking service. In general,
a call is made to the Center and the call is returned by a member of the
clinical staff to allow for triage or, in the case of requests for
psychiatric consultation, to allow for facilitation of the consultation
process (e.g., securing background information). |
